In a moment of boredom, I decided to write the FC's name in various fictional alphabets.

Yes, I do this stuff for fun. That's "Odin's Einherjar" in D'ni (from the Myst games), Tengwar (Tolkien's elvish) and Cirth (Tolkien's dwarvish).

If any of you want anything else written, just ask, it helps keep me from chasing people out of my office with a stapler.

Those are so pretty :o

The only scripting I learned (and since forgotten most of) was some kanji because my high school combined kanji and calligraphy into the same class >_>

Going to have to ask how you pronounce it, then. XD These are all phonetic scripts.

Seeing D'ni up there made me quite happy.

I'm much more excited about the D'ni than the Tolkien scripts. =D

Well, since you guys are fans of the D'ni, check this out:

For giggles I translated “Final Fantasy” into D’ni. The lexicon as we know it doesn’t have a word for “fantasy,” so I had to make some approximations and ended up with dehvokan norehf, which means “final hope.”

asdflj that is beautiful and it makes me think of what would happen if the canons crossed, if each Final Fantasy world were its own Age and you could travel between them and :O
