Well, let's get this show on the road. Let's first have a look at my personal–

–uh. Hm. A bit thin. Oh, I moved most of the stuff that was in here out. Right, let's quit fooling around and go visit my house.



Welcome to my Sanctum Sanctorum. Let's go have a look around.



My esteemed retainer, selling goods from the communal cartonnier to any visitors who are interested.



Don't mess with her.



Outdoors, there is a campfire and some classic outdoor seating, conveniently covered to protect folks from the elements.



It's a STEPLADDER.



View the heavens outside of Hydaelyn with the convenient astroscope. Several astronomy books, star maps, and a star globe are kept within the house for the interested.



Or, take a load off under a tree. Let's go inside.



Over the door, an impressive set of Megalodon choppers. I don't remember if I caught this one myself, but I did do the preservation and mounting.



Another astroscope, for those wanting to view the stars from the comfort of the home. Take a book and relax in the easy chair, or have a seat on the Tonberry-themed couch and have a glass of spirits.



I've collected a few fine wines over the years, and set up this little bar and wine rack for easy service.

Always a good time for a soak. With a dyed chicken. It won't STOP FOLLOWING ME–

Uh, hm. I still don't know what to do with this. Moving right along…



My studies are varied, from the magical, to the astronomical, to the craftable. Thus, my desk is always a bit covered with papers and instruments. Behind me is a map of Eorzea, which I'm sure most of you are familiar with, and a copy of the Encyclopedia Eorzea. It's mostly for decoration. A star globe is also nearby.



'Twixt two bookcases, is the modest sleeping area.



Always a good time for a nap.

And of course, a footstool for when you can't reach those higher shelves. The lovely Luhlu Amariyo is shown here fetching one of the larger books. It works very well, as you can see.

Allow me to introduce my humble abode in the FC House, so named "The Briar Patch".

Here we have a desk, complete with globe for star ponderings.



Moving clockwise around the room, we see the carby table and overlooking ahriman flowerpot.



Perfect for a little romantic interlude?



Considering that the telescope is in perfect position to spy on the neighbours, along with the empty booze bottles…



Maybe we should move onto something more edifying! Books! And bed! Two of my favourite things! (complete with mood lighting… and booze)



Some fruit will stave off that incipient hangover!



Or one can hang out in what I call the 'chat show set'.



And, well, while it's not a screenshot, and so not really part of my submission, I was messing around and made this, which gives you a bit more of an idea of the room itself than the screenshots can say.

As Commander of the Armies, I need a place for the Generals to report.


But they do get a warm meal for their troubles


I do display the gifts and spoils that have been bestowed upon me.


Sometimes the neighbors get noisy and i have to discreetly see what the trouble is


It's always nice to know your troops listen when you're talking


After a long campaign, there's nothing like a good soak


And a soft bed to rest on

The front yard would not be the same without the original Carby bench, a nice touch from the FC home.



We're in the middle of the afternoon, sadly we can't stargaze… but we still have a pretty view!



Come on, don't be shy! lets go inside, there's a lot more to see!



The spot on the couch under the sunbeam is mine, just so you know. Unless you're a cat. *purr*



What to cook… what to cook… Frogs.. mandragora… chocobo food? The FC fridge need more edible stuff ^^;;

Hey guys, welcome to my home! =^.^=





I'm just across a river from Drax's lab…though I don't go there much, too many random booms. =o.O=


Let's start with my front yard…actually, let's start before that. Everything mew see here was actually stylized and designed by Ori…err…Fay Mcklein. He came over to my old apartment one day, looked at my decor (A rug and a chair), said "This will never do…" and forbid me from ever trying to decorate my own place again. =x.x;=

It's just as well though…I think he does good work. =^.^=


The backyard of my place is a nice and quiet haven…


I've even got a stepladder and a canopy for easy roof access!


(Well, it's easy for other cats…I've never been up there myself. =x.x;=)

This is Reesia, one of my faithful retainers. She looks dangerous, sells stuffs and keeps peeps from stealing my mogmail.


And this was worth the price of the place to mwe…my view.


I'm a little hesitant to show mew this next picture…I'm a really good botanist, but a terrible, terrible gardener.


I've got a carby bench like the FC house too! I prolly spend too much time sitting on the bench, but it's comfy.


And this is the front door to my place, let's head inside.


This is the front of the living room…sort of not pictured is Littlefoot, my companion since Sahyu (my other retainer) rescued him from Snowcloak.


As mew can see, there may have been a theme to the colors of the place…(lots and lots of bottles of blood red dye were harmed in the making of this album)

This is my dinner and my wine rack…why so few bottles of wine? Have mew ever heard of T9? =@.@=


And this is one of my favorite pieces of furniture, my grandfather clock. I'm hoping to keep it around for a while, provided we don't have another cataclysm or something.


Now, over here we have snacks that I keep out for friends and other visitorly folks…I should prolly move that chococake out of the sunlight soon though.


Much more visible this time is Littlefoot, but he's not the reason for the picture, look towards the wall. Yes, that is a big screen TV…or it's several beautiful pictures of Eorzea. Let your mind wander however.


Shall we head downstairs?


I love the floor down here, but that prolly comes from spending so much time as a botanist.


Behind the double-doors is my private tub.


This is my shrine…when I figure out what I'm worshipping here, I'll let mew know…


Over here is my office area, where I try to plan adventures and just take care of stuffs…the book shelves hold what I like to call my roll-a-dex, a list of peoples that I can call on when I need some extra paws. It's even color-coordinated by their jobs. That took a lot of work. =@.@=


Now, at the corner of my desk is a little drinking bird that Ori got mwe a long time ago…I try not to stare at it too much cuz…




It just gets kinda…




…mesmerizing…

Anyway! Let's see if we can end this before I catch that bird out of the corner of my eyes again. =x.x;=

Our final stop, with two waiting moogles, is my bedroom…well, three waiting moogles, if mew count the rug. Also, the rug is not made of moogles.


The moogles are a part of a collection that I've been working on since I was a kitten. The one one the left is Kupipi and the one on the right is Kupopi. And yes, I have fuzzy slippers. Mew can't have a good set of pajamas without fuzzy slippers.

Welcome to my apartment! it is a rarely used space and as such it will only be functional for sleep, eat, study. (aka my excuse as to why it's not as pretty as all yours lol)



As it's a small space things may appear a wee bit cramped. especially when you add divider walls! But I needed a more private sleeping area for myself. the area to the right is for visitors. Primary visitor was Jannie back in the day so it has a Gridanian theme. Whereas I'm with the storm so other side has Maelstrom stuff.











I'm a fan of dark colours so I dyed as much as I could black and got the granite floors.

Oh. and fancy pants chandelier. because… why not?

Well, I've finally finished it~ Time for a look around my home.


I chose this place particularly for the view… and the ability to fish.



And this is my retainer. Don't mind him. He's stuck working until he realizes I can go fish myself, and he doesn't need to bring any extra.


My garden is here, as well as my cart to bring any extra supplies to the marketplace.



Inside, I've managed to make the living area look great. Don't mind the astroscope. Being an Ishgarian…. it's a hobby.



Downstairs houses a great many books, as well as the fireplace. A fireplace in the desert? It does get cold at night here, you know.




My office space…. the qiqirn? It's a gift.


My bedroom? Nothing to look at really. It's more a repository for more books and supplies, as few quaint things to make it home.

After a long day of adventuring, it's back home to Lavender Beds plot 56 in the 7th ward.
