Okay, this one I just have to brag, forgive me >.>; This FATE popped on top of me and I decided to do it, but it was only me and Ragingarcher. We finished it with like 30 seconds left on the clock /proud! The Healerbo AI is amazing if you can handle some common sense things like keeping aggro off of the bird and park it out of damage moves.

I think the server hiccupped… everyone got 90k'd and then tried to log back in lol

A few of you have already taken advantage of me with crafting and materia melding, (and you're all most welcome to, by all means ;3 ), many of you bore witness to the pain and hardship of over-melding, so you can imagine the pain, going all the way!

Then… there are curious little occasions like these…



Granted, I admit that the concept of materia (caps) is rather confusing at times, but this just kind of humoured me to see. :P

Putting a screenshot of my materia melds for gathering gear, as a guide to those who want to try and do the same; these melds are stat-capped for gathering gear, (with the exception of 2ndary tool) so gear for gathering, for this current patch, doesn't come much better than this! o.ob



GP caps out at 620 (or 624 if adding a CP +4 materia to Offhand, which is the cap, but I hate GP amounts that aren't a multiple of "5").
I really wish there was 10 more though, without the use of foods (currently using Landtrap Salad). At 630GP I get to do the following at Unspoiled gathering nodes:

1. Click the row, where I know the item is hiding.
2. Use Sharp Vision to gain those missing 5%. (regardless of Gathering stats, lvl46 gathering items will always be capped at 99%, down to 95% for lvl50 items, for those of you who didn't know)
3. Use Unearth II/Leaf Turn II, for a 30% increase to HQ chance.
4. Use Solid Reason/Ageless Words as soon as it's available (After Unearh II, you are left with 280 GP and will need to poke the node 4 times to gain back those 20GP, which you will have 1 dig away from expending the node), this will grant you an extra gathering chance.
5. Use Deep Vigor/Brunt Force as the Solid Reason enabled you to attain gathering chain #4, where after you may finish up the node with at least one 100% HQ and hopefully some extras from your increased HQ chance, with some luck!

Some like to use the move that renders all Out-of-reach reachable from the start and in hindsight, that will basically be the same result as using the +1 attempt move, so that's entirely up to you! ;3

All Mining items on display with materia caps.
You might notice the +2 Strength materia slapped on helm… the cobalt nodes in Camp Bluefog have a +1 gathering attempt node, that requires 202 strength to trigger, but my lvl50 miner capped out at 200 strength exactly >.>a
The 2ndary tool is quite optional what to do with that… I DO recommend capping out those 20 Perception available. Extra Gathering at that point is quite moot, as I mentioned, lvl46-50 items will always have a capped out chance of obtaining them, and you will have reached this cap WAY over, by capping the other HQ gear.

S'naidia Shu. I should play as her more, but she exists just for RP, and the trouble is that her personality is averse to going out and meeting people! She actually spent some time reading a book at the party. =D She did really take a liking to Lavin, who talked to her about history stuff, though. The key is to probably be as interesting as a book. (Also, you know how calicos are.)

XD That's a glitch, I think. I've seen it occasionally say that negative somehugenumber people are in the queue. Which would rather imply that the world is not full, or at least that it's spitting out the wrong number. (And usually if you hit login right away you can get in.)
